Knowing the world... A dream



Although I traveled little, Know a lots countries is my dream, and my country too...
Costa Rica is a country that catch my atention. His scenery are heavenly, Have a tropical weather (I hate cold temperature),  Its surrounded of a lot nature, a lot green  landscape, and the more importante his fauna is very varied and have wonderfull exotic animals.
I think that the people of this country is very happy, very relax, the studies say that the people tath live surrounded of green vegetation is more happy.

I admire of this country that is the unique country that delete his armed forces and invest this money for take care his reserve and his beautiful naturals park.
I'd like to work taking care of his animal, for example in the sloth park, or take care the monkeys, birds, turtles, etc...
Costa Rica is a interesting country for me, I love the nature, the relax life, and be sorrouned of green vegatation...




Other places that i'd like know is Nueva Zelanda, have a beutiful escenary with nature and medieval castle thay have been the inspiration for famous movies.

India is a country of lot matchs, have a funny and rich culture and varied, about religion, custom, dressed, people, food, etc. But have a rich achitecture too. I believe that this has been a impressive travel..

Romina Guardia (My Autobiography)



Romina Guardia was born in Santiago de Chile on 13th March, 1990.
Her parents are Santos and Corina, and her brother is Michel that is older that she.
In the elementary school she studied in Santa Joaquina de Vedruna, a catholic school in Puente Alto. Later she complete her high school studied at Le Monde in La Florida.
In 2008 Romina studied Enviroment Design at DuocUC, but dont finished beacuse It was not for her. Later she studied Technical Veterinary in Profesional Institue Valle Central, she finished the degree and she felt that she love this area, beacuse she always loved the animals.
For This reason she decided complete her profesion studing Medicine Veterinay in Universidad de Chile in 2014. Now she is in second level of this degree.
Romina works the wekeends in a restorant for buy her studies.
She likes the Horses, she feels a passion for its, too likes the movies about american indians, and she loves the "Redskin" culture, she admires the form they thought, lived and dressed.
Romina too likes the motorcycle world, and she love go to activity about it with her boyfriend, and friends.
She loves the Nature and don't like the city. To future she hopes live sedate in the beach or the field, it's her dream.

The Strangest Animals of the World

1.- Red-Lipped Batfish





Found on the Galapagos Islands, this fish is actually a pretty bad swimmer, and uses its pectoral fins to walk on the bottom of the ocean.

2.-Goblin Shark



This rare shark is sometimes called a “living fossil”, “is the only extant representative of the family Mitusukirinidae, a lineage some 125 million years old.” Goblin sharks inhabit around the world at depths greater than 100 m, with adults found deeper than juveniles. Given the depths at which it lives, the goblin shark poses no danger to humans

3.- The Panda Ant

The Mitillidae are a family of more than 3,000 species of wasps whose wingless females resemble large, hairy ants. Found in Chile. Black and white specimens are sometimes known as panda ants due to their hair coloration resembling that of the Chinese giant panda.

4.- Umbonia Spinosa


These thorn bugs are related to cicadas, and use their beaks to pierce plant stems to feed upon their sap. Their strange appearance still poses many questions to scientists



5.- Lowland Streaked Tenrec




Found in Madagascar, Africa, this small tenrec is the only mammal known to use stridulation for generating sound – something that’s usually associated with snakes and insects.

6.- Hummingbird Hawk-Moth


As this hawk-moth feeds on flowers and makes a similar humming sound, it looks a lot like a hummingbird. What’s interesting is that it is surprisingly good at learning colors


7.- Glaucus Atlanticus




We couldn’t believe this one was real, but after some research we’ve found out that this creature really exists. It’s also known as the blue dragon, this creature is a is a species of blue sea slug. You could find it in warm waters of the oceans, as it floats on the surface because of a gas-filled sac in its stomach.

8.- Mantis Shrimp



Also called the "sea locusts", "prawn killers" and even "thumb splitters", this is one of the most common predators in tropical and sub-tropical waters

9.- Venezuelan Poodle Moth


This new species of alien-looking moth is still poorly explored. Waiting for more info about them.

10.- The Pacu Fish

You probably don’t need much explanation as to why the residents of Papua New Guinea call this fish a “ball cutter.” The local fishermen were really worried about the safety of their testicles when they had to get in the water.

11.- The Saiga Antelope


This saiga, spread around the Eurasian steppe, is known for its an extremely unusual, over-sized, flexible nose structure, the proboscis


12. The Bush Viper






The Bush Viper lives up in the trees of the tropical forests of Africa, and does most of its hunting at night.

13.- The Blue Parrotfish


This bright blue fish can be found in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and spends 80% of its time searching for food.

14.- Shoebill Bird


This large stork-like bird gets its name because of the shape of its beak. Even though it was already known to ancient Egyptians and Arabs, the bird was only classified in 19th century.

15.- Okapi


This mammal is native to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Central Africa. Despite the zebra-like stripes, it is actually more closely related to giraffes.

17.- Narwhal


This toothed whale, found in the arctic, has been valued for over 1000 years by the Inuit people for its meat and ivory. The narwhal, however, is especially sensitive to the climate change.



18.- Thorny Dragon 




Coloured in camouflaging shades of desert browns, this lizard has a “false” head, which he presents to his predators by dipping the real one.

19.- The Patagonian Mara


The Patagonian Mara is a relatively large rodent found in parts of Argentina. This herbivorous, somewhat rabbit-like animal has distinctive long ears and long limbs and its hind limbs are longer and more muscular than its forelimbs.




20.- The BlobFish



The blobfish (Psychrolutes marcidus) is a deep sea fish of the family Psychrolutidae. Inhabiting the deep waters off the coasts of mainland Australia and Tasmania, it is rarely seen by humans.

21.- The Maned Wolf




The Maned Wolf is the largest canid in South America, resembling a large fox with reddish fur. This mammal is found in open and semi-open habitats, especially grasslands with scattered bushes and trees throughout South America.



22.- Super Bird of Paradise




The Superb Bird-of-paradise (Lophorina superba), his folded black feather cape and blue-green breast shield springs upward and spreads widely and symmetrically around its head, instantly transforming the frontal view of the bird into a spectacular ellipse-shaped creature that rhythmically snaps its tail feathers against the ground while hopping in frantic circles around the female.

23.- Amazonian Royal Flycatcher



The Amazonian Royal Flycatcher is found in forests and woodlands throughout most of the Amazon basin. They are about 6 1/2 inches in length and like to dart out from branches to catch flying insects or pluck them from leaves.

24.- Dumbo Octopus



They are bathyal creatures, living at extreme depths of 3,000 to 4,000 metres (9,800 to 13,000 ft), with some living up to 7,000 metres (23,000 ft) below sea level, which is the deepest of any known octopus. They are some of the rarest of the Octopoda species.


25.- The Gerenuk 




The gerenuk, also known as the Waller’s gazelle, is a long-necked species of antelope found in dry thorn bush scrub and desert in Eastern Africa. The word gerenuk comes from the Somali language, meaning “giraffe-necked”. Gerenuks have a relatively small head for their body, but their eyes and ears are proportionately large.
